Video conferences enable meetings to take place outside of the meeting room

2026-03-12

The video conferencing system, as the best tool for remote audio and video interaction, has been increasingly adopted by more and more enterprises in their internal training. There is no need to rent meeting rooms. Enterprise employees only need to sit at their desks, log in to the corresponding meeting room using the account and password assigned by the administrator, and then they can start the training. This way, enterprise training can be treated as a routine task and simplified. Then, network video conferencing will be the best choice for enterprises.

Furthermore, the Chevlen video conference training system can be used on computers, mobile phones and tablets. That means that even after employees go home from work, they can still use their mobile phones to join the meeting. Additionally, the system features an electronic whiteboard, web browsing, screen sharing, document presentation, raising hands for speaking, text communication, and many other functions. It also supports one-click recording. Users can record and archive the entire audio and video of the training session locally. After the training, they can watch it by themselves or send it to colleagues who did not attend the training.

Chevlen Video Conference System enables enterprise training to go beyond the confines of the meeting room, completely breaking the limitations of training in terms of time, space, and environment. By leveraging the existing network resources of the enterprise and using audio-visual, document, and desktop sharing methods for cross-regional and cross-terminal multimedia online training, it not only enables efficient interaction among employees but also significantly enhances the effectiveness of the training.
